This messaging program is operated by Mana Concrete LLC, a licensed home improvement contractor in the State of New Jersey (Registration #13VH10566200), located at 145 Kamm Ave, South River, NJ 08882. We provide concrete and paver installation services, including driveways, patios, walkways, retaining walls, garden walls, fire pits, seating walls, sidewalks, curbing and Belgian block, throughout central New Jersey.

2. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Mana Concrete LLC. Depending on which consent you provided, these messages may include:

• Confirmation that we received your free estimate request
• Scheduling and rescheduling of on-site estimate visits
• Appointment reminders
• Project status updates while work is in progress
• Follow-up on open quotes
• Seasonal promotions and special offers, only if you separately consented to marketing messages

You may join this messaging program by:

• Checking the applicable consent box on our free estimate request form and submitting the form with your mobile number
• Providing verbal consent during a phone call with us, in which case the disclosure is read to you and your consent is recorded with the date and time
• Texting a keyword such as START or YES to our business number

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your request, and you will not receive any further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

We also honor the keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside the control of Mana Concrete LLC.

You acknowledge that messages sent under this program may be sent using an automated system, and that telephone calls placed by Mana Concrete LLC may be automated, pre-recorded, or use an artificial intelligence voice. Consent to receive such calls or messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
